s-smile.jpgWhen you schedule an appointment, time has been reserved specifically for you. We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We understand that situations may arise in which you are not able to give proper notice, but thank you for your cooperation in helping us run efficiently.

Respecting our patient's time is a high priority for us, so we ask that you arrive on time to your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may ask you to reschedule.


It is our mission to provide quality dental care at an affordable price. We offer discounts for payment in full at time of service as well as senior discounts. Our office accepts payment by cash, check and all major credit cards. We also offer low-interest financing through our office and no-interest financing through CareCredit.

We are happy to work with your insurance carrier to help you obtain the maximum benefits from your plan. As a service to you, we will submit insurance claims and pre-authorizations. We will also communicate with your insurance carrier regarding eligibility and benefits. However, please note that we are not responsible for the payment or denial of your insurance benefits and ultimately you are responsible for all charges incurred in our office.
